Can your marble be the LAST to make it to the finish line? In this activity we will discuss Newton's three Laws of Motion and how forces such as gravity and friction affect moving objects. Explore how incline planes can affect motion as well. Use this knowledge of motion and teamwork to build a structure that your marble can move through slowly...but without stopping.
-
See It to Believe It
Description: Have you ever imagined how our brain works with our eyes to help us see? Some may think that seeing is a simple process, but it may not be as simple as you think. Discover the parts of the eye and the brain that take in tons of information about the world around us. We will watch mesmerizing illusions and create 3-d goggles to view images that will excite, amaze, and have you thinking twice about the world around us.
