Description: This applet investigates the speed of sound waves. 
To try this simulation: Right-click and drag your mouse up or down the applet to change the distance the sound travels. Left-click and drag your mouse to rotate the applet. When the button is a light red color, click on it to fire the sound wave. Record the time the sound travels at different distances.
